Location and easy connectivity, double door underground parking, breakfast options, clean room and bathroom, comfy bed. Perfect for 1-2 night stay at reasonable price.

The staff were great especially the young lady on front reception in the afternoon..........absolutely fantastic customer service. Close to the tram for access to the city centre and secure parking underneath

Very limited breakfast without any vegetables like tomato and cucumber. If you can live with that then food was okay. Just hard boiled eggs, some cheap sausage/hotdog, cheese, ham and jams, granola, yoghurt and bread, cake. Coffee was good.

Breakfast was quite good, but no bacon and sausages. Parking was good and easy, in secure garage under the hotel. Parking is not free but price is reasonable. Room was quite simple and room interior looks bit aged, but room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is good basic hotel, and was perfectly good for our one night stay. Just do not expect something fancy, you get what you pay for. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Very kind and helpful staff. In 5 minutes walk there is a tram stop. Tram (A) takes you to the old city in about 15-20 minutes. The Spanish woman at the reception on 28th June helped us a lot, when we wanted to book tickets for flixbus. Thank you very much. You were really helpful and polite. The room was very clean. Very good breakfast.

We spent Christmas there and we found a bottle of sparkling wine waiting for us with a nice message from the staff. That was a very nice surprise, even if I don't really drink. Downstairs you can find free tea, instant coffee and water. Safe parking was a plus too. You can also play table tennis and fußball there.

The staff did their very best to make as comfortable as possible for me and my family. I requested a special room for my parents while they are not so mobile any more (92 and 78 years old). I was very happy that my room was near my parents room, which was foreseen with all the accommodation needed.

For a one night stopover on a moto, it was perfect. Secure parking, air-conditioned room, clean, friendly staff, great choice at breakfast, and great VFM. Out of town, however an easy tram ride into the centre. Easy decision to stay on next trip.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Stuff was helpful and kind. Brakfest was good. Location is really good. It is located 5 minutes walk from the tram station where is direct line to city centre and all main atractions so you are in the centre in 15, 20 minutes.
